You kinda beat me to it regarding my other post!

I think it was FRS that offered a 1/4 scrip deal as the clincher, rather than cash. I'd be keen to confirm though, particularly if I'm worng.

Why you'd accept the offer and then dump on SGX at a price you could get on ASX at the close of the offer I'll never know!

For Fox ... when I said 'perhaps I should have accepted the offer' it was a bit tongue in cheek and in awe of LG's bold attacks and wily business 'acumen'. I'm not really sitting on any regret, I'm actually learning a lot from the processes and am mentally putting aside the loss for now (I'm actually growing more confident that I'll recover it in the next 6 months)!
