Malcolm that is my point exactly, ME didn't put that on the books not to use it as an out. He set himself up for a payout on the backs of LT SH's. Again someone that yes he might have picked up good blocks, but rewarded himself handsomely for doing so without any great results out of them.
The golden parachutes as they are commonly called, will ME actually be able to prove Material Diminution in this case. Were his duties really diminished who knows, guess we will see in due course.
