However, a good clinical response in patients in Dubai could see the publication of case series studies, simple poster presentations at conferences and word of mouth recommendations from one doctor to another. This could help to get the word out there in the medical community prior to (fingers crossed) the positive outcome of the large double blinded placebo controlled multicentre study.
