What is most important to me is what is the best strategy to move the company forward. The Board is responsible to articulate this strategy. Before it can do that, members have to come out with a strategy and agree upon it.
CB, you are recommending some candidates but without telling what they stand for, for all we know they are opposed to JH's approach (assuming JH gets back) and we are back to square one. It is like appointing someone as a leader of a party but the candidate has no policy and no aspirations. Hard to just vote on past performances and charisma.
