effectively,BPT swap SNE share for COE;
valuation up $5M, yet don't need to stump out $cash next few years on SNE, a deal with 10% COE (cash generated assets) and still have exposure to SNE,can't see BPT rejecting it, though BPT may hold out for a better converstion SNE/COE ratio
at the moment, signs are.. deal is well supported, SNE & COE & BPT SP up
