The word was "conflate" not conflict.

I certainly do have an agenda, and its to get this company under the control of a board of directors that have the relevant industry experience, training and education and have a demonstrated history of success.
6 Years of "slowly slowly" is not good enough in my opinion this board is in conflict and in my opinion has demonstrated a poor decision making process.
Its time for change ! simple.
