It seems that over the last couple of days the market has settled on a price around 7.7c. Traders have moved on to other stocks such as TMS (the steam seems to have gone out of that too). On the 5th December SIE announced the launch of the new hepititis vaccine in Vietnam. In that announcement the company flagged the products launch in the Philippines this month.
"The company will continue to roll out Sci-B-VacTM across the region, Health authority registration
has been gained in the Philippines with launch anticipated in the 4"' week of January 2003. Other
registrations in the Asia Pacific region are expected in 2H FY03...."

I think it's obvious that none of this is currently factered in to SIE's price. It's my belief that will have a very solid spike in price after the Philippines deal is announced.
