Yeah I picked $4 for my analysis because I think there will be opportunities to sell at $4 and above if you need access to your capital, with a potential for higher.
IT'S more about holding for the dividend. As with a term deposit, you won't necessarily be able to grab back your capital at any time (only when the share price is above what you bought it.) However, in exchange for that risk you get a better rate than a term deposit.
AND better still, the nature of the investment is that it there is an upside opportunity for growth as well as a downside risk to capital.
