republic gold limited enters non-binding sale , page-3

I am trying to evaluate what assets RAU have after this sale.

Back on the 14th of October, they sold all their Far north queensland assets to Territory Minerals, for a little bit of cash + 13million shares.

Have done a search on google, and on the asx, and cant find didly on this company. When are they going to list? and what is the IPO price?

Any one hazard to guess what the ballpark price would be for their bolivian assets?
