Def Could be true! Hard to work out whether sellers or buyers but one thing is for certain they are not small players when they obviously have a very good Brokerage agreement for so many small quantity sales. I dont know enough about this technique but I am tempted to think that if this strategy is used and the price is going down then they are accumulators If on other hand price is going up they are dumpers!! Love to hear thoughts of those more in the know!! Don
