Speaking of defamation and the like. I just checked the Lynas Malaysia Facebook page and:
"Today Lynas commenced defamation proceedings in the High Court of Malaysia against Malaysian news service, Free Malaysia Today, and the group Save Malaysia, Stop Lynas.
The defamation proceedings relate to false and misleading statements made by the parties.
Our operations will be safe and comply with the environmental, health and safety standards stipulated by the laws of Malaysia and audited by the International Atomic Energy Agency."
This may have been posted earlier but I thought I would share the good news.
