ASX guidelines require substantial holders (those with +5%) to disclose if they increase holding by over 1% or if they cease to be a substantial shareholder. To date there has been none of these announcements made and given my understanding Craton are certainly not a seller.

Its good to be thorough but try not to jump at shadows. No large holder is selling this - its the myriad of smaller/nervous trader types who need liquidity and panic as soon as a stock becomes under pressure regardless of the fundamentals.

The herd can be a powerful force until leadership steps forward. In this case that will be a size buyer and we cant be far off that point in my opinion.
