I just find it frustrating.
NWE have drilled the well and have shown that the resource/gas is there.
Fraccing was to be done September 2011 but those of another persuasion for purely ideological reasons interfered. That caused the company to incur significant extra costs, expiry in a time line for the conversion of options which caused the company to need to further dilute shareholding at a much reduced price.
The third parties lodged further objections on their ideological grounds which delayed the progress for a further four months.
The minister finally dismisses the appeal and then we have to wait a further 3+ months for a time slot for a fraccing rig, which was already on site ready to start in september.
This puts further pressure on the finances of the company.
NWE should have the ability to seek damages against those objectors.
Their objection and appeal did not result any further restrictions or variations to the drilling program or their environmental plan as it was already the best available.
The cost to myself will be enormous.
The increase in share price after the proving of the gas production after fraccing should have been available in September/October 2011.
The company now should now be connecting the production into the pipeline to deliver the gas to customers and be sitting back cashflow positive and planning the next stage of the full development of the gas field.
I will happen ... but the cost to the company and us is enormous.
I sincerely hope that you are wrong with your delay punt dchrome. No ill feeling ... I just hope that you are wrong and that you buy in again for something in the 7's.
Good luck to all long termers.
regards
