the mount - widgiemooltha bypass

An addition to the knowledge pool that I hope be welcomed by fitnfam who has been watching this matter closely.

The Coolgardie Shire Council in its March 2012 Meeting passed a resolution supporting FML's proposal to construct at Widgiemooltha, a new bypass road to the Coolgardie - Esperance Highway that will be suitable for restricted access vehicles.

Bit of a way to go on this as there are all sorts of other authorities involved, however the big hurdle of Shire support has been crossed.

One of the things to note is that the proposal is for restricted access vehicles which will permit FML to move large plant items up this road - something that has been denied to them in the past due to restrictions on road useage in the Widgiemooltha township.

As a non attributable aside, can just see fitnfam's eyes glaze over as that ball mill goes up the hill.
