They have been advertising lot of positions on Seek since November. I have just searched on seek with Aditya Birla.
Also with appreciation of USD/AUD in terms of INR, I hope they have generated enough cash so as to distribute some dividend again this year which might help them to boost Hindalco's books as well in terms of INR.
Just a wild guess..not sure whether there is any relation with exchange rate.
