I can not see any "very low volume recently" POPnTOP -
that is in relationship to volumes over the last 12 months.
IMHO the period of thicker & elevated volumes that started 24 Feb - can not yet be said to have ended.
Time will tell if it is in the process of winding down.
The volumes on attached chart are log scale - so peaks appear subdued.
