Given the ease with which our Board and Management appear to be rolling over and accepting this lowball offer, I would like to know how long CGT had been angling for a takeover. Were any Australian companies approached? Or were our employees dilligently working away re-creating (lost) value for us and Lion Gold just appeared from nowhere with such an unexpected and compelling deal. lol Nothing adds up or makes any sense and the whole thing smells like the fish section at the Vic Market after a 40 degree day!!
