    for those shareholders who think this deal is not good, they should go to consult with their financial advisors.

    In this deal, I can see Biota's strong position in the negotiation. Anyway, Biota is going to the US, avoiding low price Cap raising in the crappy Aus capital market in the future.

    Just my opinion.
