just started on substantial holders. currently into Hudson.
Thing is that Hudson has issued no Sub Change notice despite the 10 million placement.This was 10mil added to exising 67 mil on Issue which Hudson had declared holding 14% of ie 9.5 mil.

To hold 14% of the new Total after Placement Hudson would have to have increased their 9.5mil to 11.165 mil some 1.7 million shares. Did they get these on Market or by participating in the Placement?
If placement I imagine that they weren't for the short term quick turnover.

Anyhow shimmer you say you've got a current Top 20. I couldn't follow your "argument" last week about Hudson current holding so has it increased number wise to maintain the previous 14.15% post placement?

Also Any indication re where the other 3 million shares from the Ceasing2B substantial holder sold at 34 cents?
