It's already happening. Been a couple of times where I have had a mate give me a better diagnosis than the GP I visited based on Internet reeach. Crazy but true.
Doctor services by phone are now available. I see an explosion in self diagnosis devices in the future. And we can already see the importance that mobile phones will play in the future. It's a changing world.
