"Given that the support of a minimum of 5% of the registered shareholders is required to call for an EGM I would not read too much into the absence of John Heugh and The Philis superfund since the 'rebels' or the 'syndicate' might just be keeping their powder dry in an attempt to disclose sufficient numbers to get the EGM called and then to bring in additional support for the vote.
