Would have thought after the last 4 years you would have learnt by now. There will be benefits, no doubt, but typically Labor they just throw wads of money at something without thought hoping that some of it sticks. No-one anywhere in the world is spending so much money in taxpayer funds on such a ridiculously expensive project. Why do you think that is? Just wasteful, almost criminal.
