A criminal is a criminal, what has race got to do with it?

No free kicks,break society's laws first time and you pay enough so you don't do it again.
Demolish children's courts. That just tone down the seriousness of Justice. Surely the Judge can tell the difference between children and adults. If not show then their birth certificate.
Having said that, stealing lollies is a kid's crime,where as break and enter, stealing vehicles and dangerous driving without a licence is an adult crime and should be deal with as an adult regardless of their age.Maybe jail the parents as accomplices.
For every action there is a reaction.
