Yeldub could you please explain to this pleb ,Who pays for the Carbon tax when it leave our shores,and where is the border when Carbon tax begins and finishes.If it look like a con ,smells like a con,cannot be explain without sounding like a con.I`m afraid Yeldub ,even to us simple plebs "IT IS A CON?"
