I hold both BRU & NSE, so maintain a keen interest in what is happening in the area. The reason you will not find any mention of oil&gas exploration from ASX listed GNM is because they are not involved with it.
EP 457 & 458 appear to be held by a separate company "Gujarat NRE Oil Ltd", a subsidiary of the parent Gujarat in India.
Gujarat recently had a capital raising in India and some of those funds are earmarked for oil exploration work in the Canning.
The Gujarati's are very shrewd businessmen, and they will be well aware they are sitting on some of the hottest O&G land in Aus.
They are just several km's away from Valhalla, only a few km's from St Georges Range Gas discovery, 50km from Pictor oil & gas discovery and about 25km from Ungani oil discovery.
