such fortunes arising from poorly handled cap raises are not unprecedented.
in dec 2008 PRR announced a SPP to fund phase 11b tirals in Cvac that received a phenomenally underwhelming response, and raised a pathetic $200k. the shareprice at the time was half a cent.
then in mar 2009 it announced a $12m funding facility for the same product.
by april, the sp had reached a high of 11c.
just gotta hope that market mojo favours us
