here is at least 2 examples of the most relevant blocks. There are a lot more listed. If you want to see if the prices will hold up... ring up the RE offer 20k below the offer prices on these blocks and see if the owners accept it. that would still see a profit of over 50k Less expenses I think you'll be disappointed though. .To beat the current bank rate would only need to get 140k roughly with expenses.
Property is like anything. Even in a bad market, with good research you can make money... The bears just ignore this. I continue to purchase residential property and continue to profit.
