Prepare for a takeover soon anyway. The big pharmas are hungry for new pipeline. Thats Hep C patent could be the catylyst.

It belongs to BTA as decreed by US patent law and if a big pharma was to buy us they would have the resources to fight it if the dispute is about who invented first.

Would be a good gamble for them
