Not real happy about this. Unless they have a very good reason for doing so, i.e. short on funding for contribution to drilling for Puntland, I think they would have been better off waiting until we had some better news on the drilling.
This stinks a little of allowing some PI's in at a lower level than what they would be able to once (or if) success is announced. Range do it as well.
Just hope they have a very good reason tis all. They raised $10m in late February - so would like to know where all of that is gone?
