I cannot see how this decision by the Board is necessary or in any way in the best interests of shareholders. It unjustifiably adds another layer of costs for shareholders to finance with no apparent benefit to the company. Playing games with shareholders funds. I've had enough and am now clear on how to vote on this Board's future.
