We will not be taken over for less than 40 cents a share.
Irrespective of where the SP is at the moment, we have extremely valuable land and a lot of it.
50 cents a share is a rip-off but I will take it if it means getting it now.
Don't mistake the value of the company and the track record of management in the years gone by. The true value of the company is in the land and that is what I have invested in all this time. That and that alone made me comfortable in my investment.
Break up all the company's assets which include one of the worlds largest coal deposits capable of generating billions upon billions of dollars, the billions of barrels of oil in ground, helium.
Any takeover offer should be in the dollars not cents. However I will be happy with 50 cents to walk now.
