Sorry mate but u may have missed something.

The two new Directors are ADDITIONAL to the Board as they are entitled to do under the Company,s Act.. I.E. 6 Directors ..they now have 4 and JH is still a Director until he is removed at an EGM! So the new Directors appointed are for the sole reason of shoring up the Board just in case one or all are removed following the latest 249 action.

I say again to appoint a current CFO as a Director is desperation stuff as they already have him on the payroll and have got access to all his skills. He wont provide any more as a Director but will cost us more money!!!

Dont wish to be critical but just think about it!!
