No that is not correct.
He has to follow the same process, he needs to serve a s249D notice signed by at least 5% of shareholders, plus a s203D notice setting out the resolutions
If the company agrees that the notice is valid and if they agree to allow the reolutions to be all determined at the same meeting then he is entitled to have his proposed resolutions added to the aganda
