Who made that agreement? (I was not suggested there is an agreement, but hypothisising if there were)
It cannot be the three other directors, since they refused to place shares with PN. It has to be JH. JH could be fired because of this, acting independently of the Board.
Why could it not be Mr Askin approaching CP ?? you assume that JH is behind it all, I suspect Mr Askin !!
If JH is in bed with PN, then he will be spilling all the Board secrets to PN, hence his removal from the Board as well.
You know that is the reason do you ?? if so what do you know and who told you !
If CB pushes JH back into the Board, he will be doing PN/CP a huge favor.
I have never said back on the board, ( He is on the board ) I have only said he has a lot of knowledge that is useful to the company
