briz, I too would like to see dates etc if you can provide them, however, this is what I have been told by my broker, and this has been flagged previously by management at their presos so I am happy to post it here...

The Mbila asset deal came in while ZYL was going through its restructure with the ASX. During that restructure period companies are not allowed to make significant material transations. So to ensure the asset was retained they had to get it into another coy (York).

What they paid for it versus what they are charging ZYL is a valid issue, but put it this way, instos HATE related party deals and will not touch them if they are seen to profitting as such, and these guys know that.

It's a little premature to be finding them guilty when they haven't released details yet, but I agree the lack of information the market has is not a good look.

We will find out in due course but I'm sure management would be aware their credibility will be judged by the outcome of the deal(s).
