I agree the current price represents lack of market confidence as they have failed repeatedly to meet or even get close to previously proposed targets. They create expectations when they announce MOU's etc which subsequently fall over.There are numerous companies where directors buy directly on market which indicates there confidence in the company however this is not the case with CTO, yes there have been purchases through related entities ( superfunds) but these have been as a result of uptake of SPP,s. The greatest problem is and has been the lack of confidence in the company to achieve its goals and nothing has changed in my opinion.Even the most recent DEAL seems to have fallen over and so it goes on.
