Goldie, if you are unable to get a response from the Board, there is always the possibility of trying to muster 5% of shareholders and forcing the issue. (Don't know if getting 5% shareholder support is a remotely realistic goal.)
I had been compiling a list of questions to present to the Board on notice before the next AGM - your iniitative may make this redundant, and it may be too late by then anyway.
(One question near the top of the list - did the remuneration consultant's report on which executive directors' remuneration was based envisage that the executive directors would be working for TZ full time or part time - and if part time, how many hours per month?)
Based on track record to date, it looks to me as though we are paying top dollar for a couple of part-time duds.
