DS pay BTA royalties and milestones for Japan lani sales. BTA pay DS similarly for our ROW lani sales excluding Japan. I don't know the trigger points for milestones and royalty changes, but they do exist.
Confidential arrangements prevent other big pharma from cherry picking parts of those arrangements to use as benchmarks for future negotiations with Biota.
Makes sense to me.
