The article if anything infers the approvals are there, When conservation groups are looking to negotiate, they know they are not going to win the match, maybe just a quarter. Mining groups would be going to the table if they didnt hold all the cards. They have told them the greenies to jam it so to me it looks in favour of the Good Guys...VMS shareholders...
