I agree the 2016 opts should be 20c min and only be given out once SSN get to 1500bopd+
Also TB should only receive he $250k+ bonus worth of free SSN shares .............................Once 1000bopd is passed
Going forward bonuses can be received on higher production targets being meet
i.e 2000bopd bonus pay 10% of yearly income etc----3000bopd more free opts 40c exp
pretty simple really...
then if all goes to plan 3000bopd+ even start paying out yearly divies so all shareholders get a bonus
