So Tasmania is going to pull itself out of the enormous whole it is in with added tourism? And that hasn't happened to date because?
I am not an Aussie and the first and just about only thing I have ever heard about the state is the exploits of David Boon.
Tasmania doesn't figure anywhere on the places I want to visit in Australia and that seems to be a widely held belief.
I note that an economic forecast this week from one of the major banks was the most negative about Tasmania.
If the state wants to generate some economic wealth then some amount of mining seems an imperative. Sadly a number of jobs appear to be about to go down the flusher with the imminent demise of BSM.
