These are things INT need to make clear, and they probably do to their customers just not the shareholders. I remember reading it was Optus too, and I highly doubt Optus internet would be substandard. Their will always be complaints like at busy times, but overall it's a good service.
What you say about switching back from Optus is another concerning reason not to take up the offering. Maybe we need to find positive reasons to take up INT services? Are their some positives we can discuss? Are we cheaper than companies offering $50 to switch and 20% ongoing savings?

Thats concerning. You mean they expected low growth and gradual increases?

"Receipts from Embedded networks continued to increase marginally as an additional network came online
during Q3. This network and several others that are currently operational are continuing to grow as tenancy
levels increase gradually"
