Either way you cut it, it's Kagara's largest shareholder putting another 25 mill into the KZL/MUX group through MUX i.e. the State owned Guangdong Foreign Trade Group. If you look at the name & signature it's Chaoying Lu, aka.. Lu Chao Ying.
He is the General Assistant Manager of the Guangdong Foreign Trade Group.
