I havr heard Buffet use the same arguement...gold doesn't pay dividends just does nothing at alll.

Frankly this is the most stupid thing I have ever heard.

Do you have a water tank on your property? Tell me, what does it do?

Nothing..it just holds water. I suggest you send it for scrap immediately and buy more poddy calves.

Gold is a store of wealth. It doesn't rust and similar to water tanks you can't go out and just get a zillion in seconds. Takes effort and time and commodities to produce.

hahah ..they you stick on top of a hill and it just sits there. Crazy gold bugs bury gold back in steel and concrete lined holes in the ground. And hahah again, it just sits there.

That is why water tanks and gold are both useful.
