    PT and U/plodder, I also agree that the financial arrangements you both spoke of could be the case. I'm still playing the victim here as no matter what CWE achieve (albeit belated) this share price is soul destroying. The role for John Legatte's seat on the board is to raise commercial finance so I'm hoping that is the case attached to a government grant.
