I don’t believe you can put a CR into the same mix when you are discussing the Directors incentive plan.

I would have no objections to a CR depending on its conditions and what it would be used for. If it’s to ramp up production in our 2 major plays without adding to debt and increase our cash flow, could prove to be very positive in the medium term.

Unless SSN can raise capital via a JV, CR or sell off part of their leases ect, will be very difficult to sustain any major drilling program unless taken over.

When we have further evidence regarding the 4 wells, Australia 11, Gretel 11, Defender and SOA should give us a far better picture of where we are and what the company may have in terms of their leases and their worth.
