just a thought re: new directors, page-78

for my 20c worth, and for most here will be like water off a ducks back, but i'll have some fun in the process so here goes.

All great companies have an inspirational CEO/leader, i can't think of many great companies where people say....wow they had a great "BOARD"!! i.e. Apple, Microsoft, Facebook....are good examples that come straight to mind.

For mine...you guys can debate the definition of CEO all you like, at the end of the day the CEO performance is measured on the success of the company.

JH was so jaded putting together all this land, driving the bus, all this knowledge about the geology and the company over 15 years, when they finally did hit oil, he couldnt tell the difference between oil and water?!? :-D We need this kind of knowledge like a hole in the head i would have thought!! :-D
