Anger at ASIC's lack of intervention is understandable, however would be fruitless to pursue them.
I would think that any avenues for legal action would have to target:
1) the "independent" directors for breach of duty of care re minority shareholders, particularly given gaffes and subsequent retractions and failure to ascribe value to key assets; and
2) WN in the event of any attempt to delist or compulsorily acquire.
