re: Ann: Quarterly Report for the period endi... The commitment well in SC63 has to be drilled BEFORE the end of SC63 Sub-Phase 2b, which ends on 24 Nov 2012...it started on 24 May 2011.
So far, the co. has provided the following info in regard to the drill...
SC63 Drilling Window Dec 2011 to March 2012
Update - Drilling Window now June to July 2012
And, in the Q3 2011 it states, "mid 2012".
Q4 2011 it states "PNOC-EC continued pre-planning".
All other reports and letters it simply states "by/prior/before sub-phase end November 2012".
If they are still going to schedule and plan to drill June or July, I would expect to see a rig contract signed and promulgated by next month, which starts tomorrow...somehow, I'm very sceptical!
