Maybe they did, till now, but even if they dont succeed, a lot of retirees and near-retirees will never forget how SLR worked so hard to shonk them out of their retirement funds with this scungey deal. Les Could have offered a fairer deal and avoided bad Karma.
Hey, if nothing else comes up,the SLR deal is better than nothing,thats been explained to you a dozen times but you cant grasp it...... but if anything else comes up, PRH holders will have their say, and their way.
As to defamation, telling the truth doesnt constitute that in any way. It IS a scungey deal by opportunists......
